Through the Thomas E. Ramapuram Memorial Charitable Trust, Ramapuram Holdings endeavours to provide a Life of Dignity to the disadvantaged in the communities surrounding its operations.
HEALTH
Ramapuram Holdings sees support for general health as a valuable and necessary social intervention in a population still struggling with poverty and poor living conditions. Through the Thomas E. Ramapuram Memorial Charitable Trust (TER Trust), Ramapuram Holdings’ primary support areas are for Dialysis patients and Destitute Homes.
EDUCATION
Inspired by the timeless maxim, “It is better to teach a man to fish than to feed him for a lifetime,” Ramapuram Holdings regards education as a powerful catalyst for progress and transformation. Guided by this belief, the group, through the TER Trust, funds The Morning Glory — a state-of-the-art free pre-school in Coorg for the children of farm workers and neighbouring tribal communities. The Trust has also adopted three government schools under the Government’s School Adoption Programme, helping uplift the communities surrounding our operations. In addition, scholarships for higher education are extended to children from these communities, empowering them to build brighter futures.
OTHERS
In addition to structured contributions to education and health, Ramapuarm Holdings, through the TER Trust, supports various programmes that improve the quality of life of the underprivileged in the communities surrounding our operations, making the dream of universal well-being more tangible.
